Lost bits of soul and Unwanted cords
The concepts of soul retrieval and cord cutting are very well known nowadays, but sometimes they are made to be more complicated than is necessary.
With both soul retrieval and cord cutting, the most important aspect is to intend retrieving all your soul and to intend cutting all unwanted cords. However, there are cords between parents and children which are left until the children are grown up.

There are a number of distinctions that are helpful with regards to soul retrieval: –
- When a person is missing bits of their soul, it can cause malfunctions or illness in the body or even a feeling of emptiness.
- If a person has been giving bits of their soul away, it needs to be retrieved but also lessons need to be learned, to stop this pattern.
- If bits of one’s soul have been taken by others, then it needs to be retrieved and again lessons need to be learned. However, boundaries need to be put in place to keep the soul in one’s body.
- Quite often people swap bits of soul with another person, so both soul retrieval and returning bits of other’s soul needs to happen as well as learning the lessons.
- If one has swapped bits of soul with another, then there needs to be both soul retrieval and returning bits of soul back to the other person.
- Then there is the situation that even if one’s own soul is all there and intact, there still may be bits of other’s soul around that don’t belong. So this needs to be returned to the appropriate person.
- It is also quite common to give some of the soul to a current or past job. If this has happened, then the soul needs to be retrieved, but also lessons need to be learned and to re-evaluate the relationship to work. We are human beings and not human doings.
- Sometimes a piece of soul can have been left in a place such as a former home, country of origin or country visited. Then the soul needs to be retrieved and the lesson needs to be learned about being fully present in the here and now where one is physically located. And certainly regrets need to be let go of if one can never go back.
- Many clients can have some of their soul with people they knew in past lives, so obviously more healing needs to be done as well as the soul retrieval, such as knowing what happened, bringing understanding, compassion and forgiveness.
- Although it is rare, one can have sold their soul to the devil or dark forces. This needs to be revoked, lessons need to be learned and one also has to forgive oneself for such a major spiritual mistake. And to look at what were the vulnerabilities that allowed it to happen – lust for power, greed, ego and naïvety are examples.
There are a number of distinctions that are helpful with regards to cord cutting: –
- Cords can be going into a person, from a person into another or both ways.
- Cords can go into vital organs and drain energy and vitality, especially the liver.
- Cords can go into chakras – especially the solar plexus chakra and drain energy.
- Cords need to be cut, the roots dug out from both ends, then the holes left cleansed with gold and filled with white light and the cords need to be destroyed.
